Circa 1850. Yellow stock brick, stucco dressings, slate hipped
roof with central chimney stacks. 2 storeyed, semi-detached pair,
I winxow each, divided by narrow arch-headed recess in centre of
facade. Round-headed ground floor relieving arches with gauged
brick archivolts. Margin-lights sash windows with gauged brick
lintels. Moulded stucco impost course and 1st floor sill band.
Plain eaves. E side door (No 45) with stucco leaf-consoles and
cornice.
