Of one build. Circa 1820 gault brick; three storeys; hipped slate roof;
range of six windows, flat rubbed brick arches, glazing bars; second window
from either end of second floor blocked; ground and first floor end windows
in semi-circular-headed recesses; doorways in two storeyed blocks at each
end of main front. Ramped screen walls connect the block on either side
to No 1 and to Nos 4 and 5. (RCHM 249).
Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group.
