Earlier C19. Corner terraced block with stone dressings. Rear facades stone. Moulded stone eaves and hipped slate roofs. Three storeys. Six windows in all, generally sashes with glazing bars, first floor stone labels on consoles, ground floor has dripstones. North side of facade has segmental arched stone entrance with rusticated treatment and brick blocking course above eaves.

Modern corner shop windows, building angled at corner. Two storey side facade to High Pavement, stone plinth and quoins. Round arched doorway has rusticated stone surround and fanlight. Two windows.
