1923 by Bennett and Bidwell. House in the Arts and Crafts manner. Designed
by Robert Bennett for his own occupation. Irregular facade. One and a half
storeys. Tiled roof with gables and swept eaves. Red brick. Gabled entrance
porch with exposed timber-framing; pargetted panels. Mullioned windows with
stone surrounds and leaded lights. Recessed entrance with boarded door.
Interior contains good original fireplaces, staircase and joinery details.
