1908 by C M Crickmer. House of one and a half storeys with irregular front
dominated by large paired gables. Tile roof with eaves swept to first floor
level. Brick stacks. Roughcast first floor with brick ground floor. Flat-topped
dormer casements. Two and four light mullioned casements with leaded lights
in gables with tile labels and shutters. Transom and mullion casements to
splayed ground floor bay linked with recessed porch. Interior with interconnecting
drawing room and dining room.
