Early to mid C19 stuccoed front of 2 storeys, first 5 feet rusticated,
beneiith steeply pitched tiled roof with 3 dormers. 2 storeys, 3 sash
windows in reveals, ground floor cornices on consoles, first floor cast
iron railings to small balconies. Door in stucco reveal, surround of
Doric pilasters, frieze with wreaths, cornice. Bracketed eaves cornice.

No 85 and Nos 87 to 89 (consec) form a group.
