1909 by Bennett and Bidwell. Designed by Wilson Bidwell for his own occupation.
House with open ground floor plan with the principal beams articulating
the space in the manner of Baillie-Scott. One and a half storeys. Two
bay front with irregular fenestration. Tiled roof with gables and swept
eaves. Tall brick stacks. Roughcast wall. Timber-framed entrance bay
with brick nogging to ground floor and tile-hung, jettied first floor.
Mullioned casement windows with tile labels and leaded lights. Framed doorway
with ogee head and boarded door.
