Pair of semi-detached houses. 1906, by Allen Foxley. Rough cast over
brick, with guttae to raised brick pilasters; hipped plain tile roof;
rendered ridge and lateral stacks. H-plan. 2 storeys. Front of 6 window
range has roof swept over central lean-to with 2 panelled doors and flat-
roofed dormer window flanked by hipped 2-storey end bays; one and 2-light
wood casements with glazing bars. Similar fenestration to sides and rear.
Interior noted as having stick-baluster staircases panelled doors and beamed
ceilings.
