City of London Coal Duty Boundary Marker on E side of main line railway
embankment. 1851. Ashlar. Obelisk on tapered base with plinth and
cornice. All about 4m tall. City of London crest in relief on W face of
obelisk. '14 and 15 VIC/C146' incised on N face of base. See also CHURCH
ROAD.
