House. 1840 (dated brick on chimney stack). Yellow gault brick
with stuccoed window lintels. Slate hipped roof. 2 storeys over
cellar. The front has 2 recessed sash windows either side of
blank centre window. Door beneath has 2 long panels. Wood
surround with panelled reveals and slender Tuscan pilasters.
Moulded cornice and flat hood. W elevation has 3 similar windows
and a 1-window c1920 extension. Well-preserved interior with
moulded frames and fittings. Simple Tuscan-style fire surrounds.
