Villa. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with hipped slate roof and
end stucco stacks. Double-depth plan with full height service
range to rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with basement, 3 first-floor windows.
Stucco details includes horizontal rustication to ground
floor, voussoirs over windows; first-floor band, tooled
architraves to first-floor windows. 6/6 sashes throughout,
except 8/8 to basement. Flight of roll-edged steps with
balustrade to central entrance; a 4-panel, part-glazed door
with overlight with margin-lights in distyle porch with Doric
pillars, architrave, frieze and cornice with blocking course.
Wide eaves on brackets. End and lateral stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
