C16/C17. Timber-framed. 5-storey gabled plaster front. Modern shop front on
ground floor, Georgian bow window with glazing bars on first floor, splayed oriels
with leaded lattice windows above. Parts of the old structure have been exposed
internally on the first floor.
All the listed buildings of Cathedral Yard and Nos. 1 and 2 Deanery Place
form a group.
