Early/Mid C19. Stucco front, with band at second floor level. Four storeys, three windows, the centre one blank except on the top floor, French windows with cast-iron balconies on the ground floor. No 16 has a C19 shop front. Paired doorways with Greek ornament. Cornice, parapet, roof not visible.
