GV II

Villa. 1845. By TE Owen. Stuccoed. Low pitch Welsh slate roof,
rendered stack to left and right on rear pitch. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Centre bay has slight projection with horizontal
rustications. At centre is a recessed 4-flush panelled door
with radial glazed fanlight set under round arch. To left and
to right is a 16-pane sash with recessed panel below sill.
Rendered plinth. Guilloche band at first floor, at centre is
an 8-pane sash and to each side a 16-pane sash with recessed
panels below sills. INTERIOR not inspected.
