additions and alterations including extension to left. Stucco
over brick with hipped slate roof and iron balconies, porch
and railings.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 1+3 first-floor windows.
Stucco detailing includes quoins, moulded first-floor band,
tooled architraves to 3 first-floor windows to right.
First-floor has 6/6 sashes, ground-floor has 1/1 sashes, all
in plain reveals with sills. Off-centre right entrance: flight
of roll-edged steps to 6-panel door with overlight. Hipped
roof over 3-window-range at right. Shutters and shutter boxes
to ground-floor windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: ground floor, 2 right windows have Carron
Company balconies with double-heart-and-anthemion motif; porch
has scroll-and-anthemion motif to uprights, and hood; railings
to sides of steps have elaborated balustrade and wreathed
handrail.
