House. c1820-30, shown on Merrett's 1834 map. Stucco over
brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: main facade of 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows.
Windows all renewed late C20 multi-pane casements in original
openings with plain reveals and sills. Central entrance a
6-panel part-glazed door within late C20 porch. Garden facade
faces River Chelt and has full-height bow with renewed
multi-pane windows.
INTERIOR: retains some original features including narrow
open-well staircase with wreathed handrail and stick
balusters.
