Pair of terraced houses. c1810-20, shown on the Post Office
Map of 1820. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and tall
brick party-wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows with entrance
ranges to sides. Ground and first floors have 8/8 sashes where
original and 4/4 sashes to second floor where original.
Blocking course and copings. Entrance to left a 4-panel door;
to right an arched opening in low wall with copings.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: addressed on Merrett's 1834 Map as
Southampton Place.
