Villa. c1820-50. Ashlar over brick with hipped slate roof with
tall stacks to sides to hip. Double depth plan with central
hallway.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic, 3 first-floor windows and
single-storey range at left. Pilasters to ends and between
windows, crowning frieze and cornice with blocking course. 6/6
sashes in plain reveals and with sills. Central roof dormer
has casements. Central entrance a 4-panelled door with
sidelights and overlight in Doric porch with entablature. 6/6
sash to left return. Rear retains 2/2 horizontal-pane sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
