Cottage, set in a back alley. Probably late C18, early C20 repair. Rendered and colourwashed, hipped slate roof, brick stack.

Plan: irregular plan with main range running north - south and two east-west wings at the rear.

Exterior: two storeys, asymmetrical three bays, predominantly two-light casements with glazing bars, horizontal glazing bars, two two-light casements with leaded lights on the first floor. Door opening in a slated lean-to to left, half-glazed early C20 door:
