House. Circa early to mid C19. Rendered and whitewashed, gable-ended slate roof, clay ridge tiles; brick stack on ridge to right.

Plan : at right angles to rear of No 26. two principal rooms on ground floor.

Exterior: two storeys, symmetrical two-window front, two bays, two-light 12-pane casements of late C19. Central door opening, half-glazed door, slated pent hood over.

Interior: not inspected.
