Stables approximately 35 metres to north-east of Halsdon House

Stables. Circa late C18. Rendered cob and rubble walls. Half-hipped thatch roof.
Brick stack at left-hand end.
Plan: stable to right divided into 3 stalls with 2 loose boxes at the left-hand end
and tack room beyond with fireplace.
Exterior: 1 storey with attic. Asymmetrical 3 window front of C19 3-light leaded
pane casements. Tack room set back from left-hand end.
Interior: the C19 stall divisions survive with rails above and the tack-room
preserves its tongue and groove panelling and C19 chimneypiece.
