Cottage. Circa mid-later C17. Rendered cob and rubble walls. Gable ended thatch
roof. Stone rubble stack at right gable end with dripmould.
Plan: probably 2-room plan with larger heated rom to right and very small unheated
service room to left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2-window front of C20 1 and 2-light casements.
Central C20 plank door.
Interior has rough insubstantial ceiling joists, open fireplace which has had later
Lintel inserted below original one and oven in left-hand side. Feetof roof trusses
are not visible on first floor.
