W and R Fletcher, butcher's shop of circa 1890 in original condition. Green, yellow and cream tiling, gold inscription on doors, tiling inside also green, cream and yellow on dado, white otherwise. Cash desk with arched wooden canopy. Fascia with white timber cornice and hipped roof of patterned tile. Upper floors in Shaw style. Rectangular bay window with leaded ogee roof to first floor, against background of smooth plaster strips on smooth plaster. Dentilled pediment over second floor window, against tile-hung gable, with bargeboard and tiebeam. Slate roof with terracotta ridge and finial. Flank in utilitarian buff brick.
