House. Early C18. Coursed squared gritstone, tooled, with projecting quoins,
coved eaves band, moulded kneelers, coped gables, ashlar ridge stack to north
end, brick to south end, concrete roof tiles. Gable to street. East elevation.
Two storeys and attics, three bays. Irregular facade, formerly with C18 flush
mullioned and transomed windows, flanking doorway, and to first floor, now with
ground floor windows altered and containing one C19 single glazing bar sash frame
and C20 joinery. 2-light flush mullioned windows with linked heads to attic. One
first floor window retains leaded lights. Bay to south end has single light C18
window above window inserted into former doorway. Off-centre doorway with massive
quoined surround and lintel and plain planked door. West elevation has C18
stair window. Street elevation with stacked 2-light flush mullioned window.
