Late C18/early C19. Painted brick facade with brick eaves cornice. Half hipped, old tiled roof. 2 storeys,1 window sashes with late C19 glazing. Side entrance and rear wing which has 1 round arched window and 1 of 2 arched lights on 1st floor.
Grade II for group value.

Holmfield College, Winkton Lodge Cottage, St Anne's and Kimbolton Cottages, Clifton Cottage, Willow Cottage and Bumble Bee Cottage form a group with Monks Revel and Gosfield Cottages opposite. (Holmfield College and Winkton Lodge Cottage are of local interest.)
