Probably C18 in origin,. Old tiled roof. Facade altered C19/early C20. 2 storeys.
3 windows. Angular 2 storey bay each side centre, casements with leaded glazing.
Wooden porch built out.

Seabrook Cottage, Bridge House, Sunnyholme and adjoining cottage, Mudeford Lodge
and its outbuilding, The Moorings, Mount Pleasant and its boundary wall, the Pillar
Box, and The Staithe from a group with Nos 1 and 2. The Coach House opposite.
(All except Mudeford Lodge, The Morrings, the Pillar Box and the Straithe, are of
local interest).
