C18/early C19. Roughcast with thatched roof. South facade has advanced mid C19, two gabled addition with centre porch. One storey two windows early C19 casements.

Yew, Rose, Gorse and Heath Cottages form a group with Nos 35, 35A and 37 of which Rose and Gorse Cottages and No 37 are buildings of local interest.
