Early to mid C19. Two storey two window ashlar front. New plaintile roof. Sash windows. Upper windows three panes wide with blind covers. Central doorway has late Georgian stone surround with Tuscan pilasters and entablature. Six-panelled door, top two panels glazed.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
