1861. Single-storey, 2.2.2 windows. Symmetrical facade with recessed centre. Red
brick walling with yellow flush dressings; round openings within coupled arched
frames with stone keystones, impost blocks, cills on brackets, recessed panel,
continuous plinth. Hipped slate roof with wide eaves on coupled brackets above
pilasters. Central triple stack chimney with cornice on brackets, arches between
flues, plinth. Sashes in reveals.
