1850s on older site. Cement rendered, concealed roof. 3 storeys and basement.
2 bays. Lefthand bay flanked by paireds of channelled pilasterstrips with wreaths
above, frieze cornice, blocking course and end blocks. Moulded cornice over
gound floor. Late marginally glazed sash windows to upper floors, panels between
floors. Round headed ground floor window with tall key wide semi-circular plan
steps to door on right with bracketted hood over.
