Cottage. C18. Timber framed, with red brick facing to south gable end, pebbledash render elsewhere. Clay tile roof. Two-room plan, gable end to road, south part one storey and attics, north part one storey elevation: one partly leaded two-light casement, one three-light casement. Plank door in moulded surround with small bracketed hood. Red brick ridge stack at divide between two roof levels. North gable end has cast iron casement with pointed arched glazing bars.
