Early C19 house and cottage. Coursed limestone rubble. Banded plain and
fishscale tile roof with gable coping. Two storeys and attics. C20 box
dormer. First floor has five leaded casements with mullions and transom
beneath drip moulds. Two similar ground floor casements with central bay
window. The Maples has a C20 stone gabled porch. Maple Cottage has a shallow
bracketed doorhood.
