Cottage. C17. Colour washed rough cast on timber frame. Clay tile roof. Red brick ridge stack and external gable end stack to north. Two bay, lobby entrance plan. Two storeys. Two two-light horizontal sashes, with glazing bars and moulded frames, to each floor. Four panel door with moulded wood surround. C20 gabled brick porch. Later brick addition to rear with parallel gable ridge.
