Probably C17. 2 storeys now pebble-dashed. Steeply pitched tiled roof, half-hipped
on the right hand side. Sunnyside has a casement window to the 1st floor and a
sash with glazing bars intact to the ground floor. Colonial Cottage has sashes
without glazing bars. Simple doorcases with flat hoods.

Colonial Cottage and Sunyside form a group with Globe Cottage and Chestnut Cottage.
