Farmhouse, late C18th to early C19th. Red-brown brick, stone plinth
and dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 windows, with 2 storey one
window wing, and altered lower 2 storey 2 window wing at left side.
Lugged near flush sashes with glazing bars have stone splayed heads
and cills. Central door of 6 panels has semicircular fanlight with
glazing bars. Doorcase with recessed panels, pediment with
modillions, fluted pilasters with ridged scroll brackets. Brick
stacks at gables. Eaves dentils. Moulded stone cornice. Cast iron
downspouts have decorated heads.
