Farmhouse. Late C16 with C19 additions. Stone and brick plinth, timber framing and rendered brick with slate roof. Two storeys, H-shaped plan with C19 addition.
Entrance front: Left hand projecting gable wing has rendered base. Close studding with middle rail to ground floor and chevroning to upper corners. Coved overhang to first floor which has 7 x 2 cells of small framing with quarter-roundels to sides and cross motif to central squares. Four-light casement window to upper three central cells. Diamond panels with cross motifs to gable. Rendered wall to right with two-light casement windows to ground and first floors. Projecting rendered wing to right of this with five-light casement window to ground floor with similar window to first floor with hood mould. C19 wing to ground floor. Timber framing to first floor. Left-hand facade: small framed with angle bracing with gable to right of centre with V-strutting.
Rear facade: six-light stone mullioned and transomed window to ground floor with five-light similar window above. Two-light mullioned window to right of this at first floor level. Remainder of rear facade obscured by C19 outhouses. C19 wing to left.
Interior: chamfered end-stopped beams to ground floor rooms. Large C17 truss with angle struts.
