House pair. C17 or earlier, altered mid C19. Timber framed and tile hung in
ornamental patterns, with some exposed frame to rear left with brick infill.
Plain tiled roof. Main range with cross-wing in plan. Two storeys, with double
pitch, half-hipped roof (the facade to right brought forward of original front
elevation) with lower gabled and bargeboarded 2-storey garret cross-wing project-
ing to left. Moulded stacks to left and rear left, and truncated stack at end
right. Cross-wing with 1 wooden casement on each floor. Main range with 3 sashes
on first floor, canted bay and sash on ground floor, and central double half-
glazed doors in raking porch on openwork wrought iron piers. Railed forecourt
with spear head rails. Left return (entrance elevation to Glebe House) with 1
wooden casement on first floor, and 2 on ground floor with half-glazed door to
right in gabled porch. Canted extension to rear left with some late framing
exposed. Weather-boarded and tile hung half-hipped wing to rear.
