Said to date from C16 and thought to represent basement storey of extensions
to Rodway Hill and Rodway Manor. Considerable repairs from the C17. Raised
crenellated and buttressed terrace with arched passage below. Steps on north
side. Approached from extension to left of Rodway Hill and Rodway Manor.
Built of rubble.
