Detached farmhouse. Late C17, with refenestration and wall consolidation in C20. Chalk block walls on a rubble stone plinth, roughcast. Clay tile roofs with gable ends and stone gable-copings. Roughcast stacks at south gable end and at ridge centre. Two storeys and attics. Four windows, ground floor are three-light wooden casements with glazing bars rendered surrounds, C20. Upper windows are three-light stone mullions, hollow-chamfered, with iron casements and lead lights. C20 dormers inserted into roof, with hipped tile roofs. Doors: left of centre, flush-panelled with sixteen glass pane over, C19 altered. Door at right hand end, C20.

Interior: heavy-chamfered ceiling-beams in south end room, C17.
