C19. Brick walls. Roof concealed behind parapet. Three storeys. Ground floor
has C19 shop fronts with vertical glazing bars. C19 doors, two solid panel,
two part glazed. Stone string course at first floor level. First floor has
4 double hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars, stone surrounds, pediments,
and cast iron balconettes. String course at second floor cill level. Second
floor has 4 double hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars in moulded stone
surrounds. Stone cornice at base of parapet. Brick parapet with centre recessed
panel and brick capping.
