facing S, added to the E side of no. 10 (finite Oaks), the right return wall
forming an acute angle with the front. 2 storeys. Ground floor, 2 C20 large
fixed lights. First floor, 2 early C19 sashes of 16 lights. Central C20
half-glazed door. Roof hipped. Right return weatherboarded, with one similar
sash on the ground floor. Included for group value.
