18.3.55 listed as Woodcuts Farmhouse)

Farmhouse, early C18. Chequerwork flint and squared rubble. Tiled roof
with stone slate margins and end stone copings. Projecting chimney breasts
capped by triplets of diagonally set square brick flues. 2 storeys with
attics, 5 window range. 12-pane sashes with stone lintels bearing keystones.
Symmetrical. Central panelled doorway with segmental hood over. 3 gabled
dormers with 2-light casements with glazing bars.

Interior features (RCHM): staircase with cut strings and turned balusters.

The gate piers are of ashlar with moulded caps and ball finials.
