House, now shop;. Early C19. Rear below street level has coursed squared
sandstone elevation to riverside level; house of Flemish bond yellow brick
with ashlar dressings, some painted; c.1930 shop; granite plinth, black glass
and chrome in Art Deco style. Elevation to street: 3 storeys, 2 bays.
Shop has plain plinth and surround framing window with top light of wave-
patterned etched glass; large high-relief chrome letters on fascia and gutter
cornice. Renewed left end chimney.
Interior has ashlar basement walls.
