Terrace of 3 houses. Circa 1800. Coursed sandstone rubble; stone-flagged
roof; stone chimney stacks.

Terrace on sloping site: centre house No. 2 (2 storeys, 3 bays) with Ivy Cottage
(2 storeys, 2 bays) to left and No. 1 (3 storeys, 2 bays) to right. Alternating
tooled quoins. No. 2 has central door, Ivy Cottage has door at right, No. 1 has
door to left; all replaced, in tooled flush surrounds. Mainly paired, replaced
sashes in flush surrounds with wide central mullions. Ivy Cottage and No. 2
have single replaced 4-pane sashes above doorways; No. 1 has blank bay above
doorway. Continuous roof has corniced end and ridge stacks with water tables.
Continuous, low 2-storey rear outshut with replaced windows.
