A C16 and C17 timber-framed house built on an L shaped plan. The timber_
framing is exposed with plaster infill. 1 storey and attics. Casement
windows. The exposed framing has a series of carpenters marks on the
exterior. Roof tiled, with a rebuilt chimney stack with diagonally set
shafts. The interior has exposed framing, beams and joists. (RCHM 6).
