An C18 timber-framed and plastered house. 2 storeys. 2 window range on the
north front and 2 window range on the east side, double-hung sashes with glazing
bars, in flush cased frames. The ground storey has a C20 shop front and a C20
single storey shop addition on the east side. Roof tiled (C2O), with 4 hipped
ends on the east side.

The constitutional Club and the House and shop occupied by Cameron Chemist
form a gruop with No 23 and Hill House, Market Place.
