A C17 timber-framed and plastered house with C18 fenestration, restored in C2O.
Tile front is now cement rendered in panels. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-
hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. 3 doorways with narrow
architraves and small hoods. Roofs tiled, half-hipped and half-gabled at the
south end. The rear has 3 gables. RCHM (41).

All the listed buildings from No 4 to No 20 on the east side and
No 19 to No 41 on the west side form a group with Bawm Cottage, Bawn Close.
