A plain timber-framed and plastered house, now faced in pebbledash. 2 storeys
and attics. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush
cased frames. A central doorway has a plain wood architrave, narrow panelled
pilasters and a flat corniced hood on plain console brackets. Roof tiled, mansard,
with 2 sloping roofed dormers. The front has a low parapet gutter with a wood
coping.

All the listed buildings from No 24 to No 56A on the east side
form a group with No 37 to No 89 (with Nos 57, 61, 61A) on the west side.
