2 attached houses C18 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed
and plastered with some brick facing to ground floor right (58 Fern Cottage).
Red tiled roof with hipped gable and glazed hipped dormer to left (60 Cherry
Lawn). Moulded cornice. Grey slate roof to right. 3 red brick chimney stacks.
2 storeys and attics to no. 60. 2 storeys no. 58. 2:1 window range to first
floor, 2:2 range to ground floor. Bay to left. All small paned vertically
sliding sashes with moulded surrounds. 4 panelled door with light, plain
surround, moulded flat canopy with moulded brackets to 60. 2 panelled 2 light
door with moulded surround to no. 58.
