Barn approximately 30 metres north west of Rolls Farmhouse

Barn. Early C18, extended in later C18. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with red clay Roman tiles. Three bays aligned northeast-southwest with midstrey to southeast. Extended to south west by five bays, with another midstrey to south east. Lean-to extensions between and each side of midstreys. Eight re-used jowled posts at south west end, other posts unjowled. Primary straight bracing. Straight braces to tiebeams, some replaced by bolted knees. Joggled butt-purlin roof to original barn, clasped purlin roof to extension.
